My name is Ray Lowbridge

I am a counsellor/psychotherapist with a BSc (HONS) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP) in Dublin.

I specialise in a holistic approach that draws from multiple therapeutic modalities, rooted in the belief that each individual is unique, requiring a tailored therapeutic experience. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic models, I create a personalised journey to address your specific needs, challenges, and goals. Service Offered
Beyond offering in-person counselling, I provide online and phone

counseling sessions that bring therapy directly to you, wherever you are. This approach ensures that you can access professional support in the comfort of your own space, offering greater flexibility to fit sessions into your schedule. Online and phone counselling are particularly beneficial for those in remote areas, individuals with mobility challenges, or anyone who prefers the privacy and convenience of connecting from home. These options allow for continuity of care, making it easier to maintain your therapeutic journey, even when life gets busy or circumstances change.

Confidentiality and Ethics

Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance in our therapeutic relationship. All sessions are conducted in a secure and confidential manner. I adhere to strict professional guidelines to ensure that any information shared during our sessions remains private. Exceptions to confidentiality may occur only in cases where there is a legal obligation, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. These situations will be discussed with you if they arise.

Ethics

As an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (iacp), I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in my practice. Guided by the ethical codes established by the (iacp) a professional body dedicated to promoting integrity and professionalism in therapy. I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment for all clients. I am also dedicated to on going professional development to ensure that I am equipped to provide the best possible care.

Payment

A payment of 60 euro for each session is due at the time of service. I offer a range of payment options, including cash payments or Revolut for your convenience.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
